I ordered 4 separate orders of all the baggies on the 5th, Still no notice regarding these and yet an order I placed 2 days later for the 2016 and 2017 lunar 25mm silver proofs AND a set of baggies has been shipped :dodgy:

Nothing yet on my order of changeover baggies of 5th September.
I have just received my credit card statement and was charged for that order on 6th September!
I think that is, at least, rather rude, if not downright unethical.

I ordered the new round gold plated 50c when I got home yesterday after driving for 10hrs.
I had a problem when I first ordered so I did it over and now it turns out that I have ordered 2 lots of this coin :dash1:
Not a good idea to make internet purchases when you are fatigued

This appears to have been the situation for some time. No mention anywhere of what action they are taking or when the situation might be resolved.
In fact it is at least 4 - 6 weeks for dispatch, often more (plus delivery time).

Just not up to any reasonable customer satisfaction standard.

The amount of time it takes to get an order delivered is a Pathetic effort by RAM.
They are however super efficient when it comes to charging your credit card for the order :dodgy:
