Your wish is my command!

Quote from: 'Unicorn' pid='96139' dateline='1472528257'challenge for McDuck, I want to see a heads/heads roll of 2000 mules ...... come on, dig deep into the money bin they have to be in there somewhere. :laugh2:

No can do. I can only find one of them right now. Maybe Goldy can help out though? :)

BTW, the tub in the pics is a standard-issue Aldi tub they sell mushrooms in. Comes in 375g and 500g sizes, and is amazingly useful for noodling. I highly recommend them.

Quote from: 'JeffH' pid='96141' dateline='1472528568'I am more concerned with some of the dubious (and arguably illegal) practices of banks, insurance companies, health funds and such like.

I'm 100% with you on that. The way I see it, if people are silly enough to buy rubbish, especially after being warned, that's their problem. When allegedly trusted entities engage in outright scams, that's another thing entirely.

Coin rolling machines don't seem that expensive... Just need a few unemployed people to harass who ever is distributing the coins.. .and get rolling.

ausjack

Well done, you sly little devil McDuck
So how many rolls are you gonna do and do you have your hologram stickers on order yet :blush2: :mocking:
I still don't think I couldn't do it.

Thinking is dangerous, it makes you think. That\'s why many people avoid it.

Why would you buy one of these when you could get a security company to roll them for you using the paper that you provide them with.
And IF a security company helped to procure the coins in the first place, Cutting them in on the deal makes great sense so as to secure a continuity of supply in the future
Just throwing some thoughts out here guys :)

dunno
if you have a rolling machine in the spare bedroom , well you can do-it-yourself anytime that you want to
:dodgy:

Try a warm glass of milk or count sheep and your conscience will be clear :)

ha ha
i think my calculations are wrong

but if they aren't i can see why so many people are sooo peeved !!
i got a bit of a shock

but that is factoring - actual sales
lots of dealers have storerooms full of 'for sure deals' from the last 3 decades

remember the famous Tasmanian silver coin - the hot coin of the time
dealers still have them under the counter

ausjack

I was thinking they were too but it's near enough and getting too late to worry about things like that :lazy2:

That is hard to happen when you are selling via pre sales, all you have to do is produce enough to cover your orders = NO waste or unwanted extras

Quote from: 'JeffH' pid='96170' dateline='1472547886'I can't see the price.

For what its worth i found a machine for  US$1500 from China, might be a junk machine.. but found it interesting.

Edit: Im not suggesting this is indicative of what these proposed rolls could be rolled in.. i neither know or care about rolled coins.

Why keep the paper?

to make up other rolls in the future ?

well most things are made in China these days
so it probably goes like the clappers
it's the after sales support that i think can be very important

we have enough mechanically minded people here to make that machine a viable probability for ACF Rolling Inc.
& PP knows where to get the holographic labels

we are almost there guys!! we just need oh say, 75,000 X $2 coins
Oie Fulvio ... where are you ???
