Well Kel, you may opened the floodgates. I found a 2017 Anzac dollar today.
So that's one around Brisbane (Hercules will like that) and one in country NSW

Sorry, Jeff. I already beat Kel to that one. Another family member also found one, so I think there are quite a few around. I'm going to resume noodling in the next few weeks, once I've recovered from the massive bill I got for Commonwealth Games tickets. ;)

Yeah in Brisbane.

Picked up a reasonable incused millennium during the week. A long time since I last found one.

That's absolutely awesome, Jeff! I'm still trying to find one for my own collection, so that should help with motivation. :yahoo:

Lovely find Jeff! :good:

The problem with high resolution scans is they pick up every tiny scratch and don't show any lustre -usually the coin does look much better 'in the hand'.
I am putting this coin on eBay tonight so took a couple of photos as well...

Do you have any idea why the value of these coins fluctuates so much? There's one person on eBay selling an MS62 example for $1750, while there's another person on eBay selling an MS68 example for $155. Which of these is closer to its current market value?
