yeah I got a email from my mint contact, "There isn't an official mintage of the rolled $1 coins. There are approximately 1 million
2014 $1 'mob of roos' coins being produced."

in my mind its more like they will make them while there is demand >> was playing with numbers and thinking 5000

jozk123

I was told 2004 + whatever was handed out to dealers at mint conferances'

I have it from a good source that at least 2000 rolls have been released to 2 dealers with no more currently being considered.
Give it a couple of months and I think stock will dry out on ebay and Armaguard rolls will start to pop up from the "inside man" at Armaguard
but they wont be the same imho
1 mil is a low mintage no matter how you look at it but the rolls will be what makes it a good investment. look at the state series 50cent rolls for comparison

Hi serial,

I was going to get one. I have been following various threads here and sounds like these rolls are A Good Thing. Just more about wanting part of the action than being a die-hard $1 coin collector.

Oh OK. Yeh I saw this for what it is and went all in. I think I now have 4% of the known roll population
Srsly my bed is running out of room underneath it

4%! if there's 2k rolls then you have *80* rolls?! At $40 each that's $3.2k!

:shock::shock::shock:

I read somewhere that there are 5000 rolls so that would be 200 rolls
