So it's not a problem handing it over then :laugh2: Doing well to have found two :good:

Definitely not a problem, but I'd still be very reluctant to part with it. I reckon the wavy's the only major variety I'll never actually get from circulation, which is why I'm tempted to arrange a swap. Knowing my luck, I'll probably find one the moment the swap's been completed. :dash1:

That is the story of me getting a 2000 $1 mule. Then two came later from my noodling.

Keep looking Herc as you just never know, took me over ten years to find mine.

That's roughly what I'm expecting. Last year, I noodled $1344 worth of 20c coins, but according to other collectors, there's only one wavy in every $18 000 worth of 20c coins. Thus, it will take me about 13 more years to find one, assuming they don't withdraw all the cash before then.

Gee I wouldn't have a clue how much I used to do, a lot..maybe around 20k a year a few years ago but I've been a bit slack and might do about 10k or less if I'm lucky.

Nothing spectacular but I got a 2012 $2 Poppy coin in my change today :)

I thought it was fairly obvious that it wasn't coloured. There's no way Trout would have called a coloured poppy "nothing spectacular" when almost none of us have been able to noodle them.

Some new errors:

2016 (standard) 20c - cud on the tip of the platypus bill.

2014 $1 MOR - some doubling around the kangaroo's paw near the 1 and further along the underside of the big kangaroo's tail.

2014 $1 ANZAC - quite a bit of doubling on the large letters on the reverse (and the obligatory letter fills).

Cool finds Pedro! Great pics as well. I'll have to check my 2014 MOR errors now! (Love the Spatypus).

2015 ANZAC Centenary (Gallipoli landing design) today.

Plus a New Zealand 50ยข (current type) and an Italian 50 lira in a dollar sack. I don't know about bank policy on "ring ins" but I am fairly sure that staff policy is to offload them ASAP.
