I have found two already back here at home. So, from my average of $1,500 of $1 coins per week (small town, only one bank and that is about the best they can provide that I haven't already seen) I may find some more along the way.

Today I noodled 500 50 cent coins and found:
1 x 1988 Bi-centennial
2 x 1993
1 x 2001 CoF QLD
4 x 2005 Robe CUD
2 x 2014 AIATSIS
1 x 2016 Changeover

That's a pretty poor strike rate for AIATSIS and Changeover coins, but the rest is pretty good.

My result from $4,000 x $1 coins are:

1 x 2014 100 Years Of ANZAC - with a chunk taken out that has removed the "R" from Dollar;
1 x 2010 Kangaroo - Rabbit Ear/Spew Roo;
1 x 1984 Kangaroo $1 - Strike through oil removing some of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd kangaroo;
1 x 2011 Kangaroo $1 - Sun Flare;
1 x 2016 Kangaroo $1 -Spew Roo (Small);
1 x 1998 Kangaroo $1 - Rabbit Ear;
1 x 2000 HMAS Sydney 11 - NCLT.

I am sorry but I can't provide pictures as my desktop computer blew up and I am currently on a spare laptop.   I will try and update my gallry once and if I get my desktop back.

Yes, the new "replacement" one they gave me after the one I bought couldn't be fixed.

Now the replacement one may also b e replaced because they may not be able to fix that either.

Time will tell.

(I am using one of my three laptops to do all this at the moment and I hate it).

I got another 2016 dollar today ( standard ) + 4 x changeover $ 2.00 from Woolworths till in Morayfield .
they are my first changeover coins I have so I am showing signs of excitement just now ..

1 x 1998 Rabbit Ear (Large);   and
1 x 2002 Year Of Outback "C" Mint Mark.   (This is my first for the Outback Coins and to date I have searched 2.571,037 $1 coins).
