These aren't issued until the 20th of September, but I see many people are selling these on ebay already.

The worst part is people are buying them. You can actually get these straight from Australia Post online for $16 including postage or the 2 notes for $30.50

Thinking is dangerous, it makes you think. That\'s why many people avoid it.

Hercules

You can't actually buy them yet, because they're missing the "Add to cart" button.

Maybe if you can wait until the fanfare has finished you can simply walk into a bank and pay $10 each for them

They are not released till the 20th. That's when the Post shop releases them. Ebay sellers won't have them till that day either (if they stand in queue at the RBA or walk into a PO), so how can they be preselling them? Surely that shouldn't be allowed

Downies is also preselling them, but they state very clearly that they won't be delivered until early October.

That's what I'll be doing, same as last time. Already lined up friendly tellers for first prefixes. Have to work out the layout for last prefixes though.

I worked that out back in February. The grid layout is 9x5, so the last prefix will be EA. :)

Excellent. May I ask how you determined that?

I used a video from one of the SMH articles, which you can access using this link:
http://www.smh.com.au/business/poetry-plants-a-shy-cockie-and-a-highcountry-horseman--meet-our-new-10-note-20170216-guf3yj.html

From there, I just assigned prefixes to each note in the sheet, using the same method as for last year's $5 note.

I don't believe they'll do a second batch, so I took the last prefix from the first (and probably only) batch.

This is what I think the sheet layout will be:

AA   AJ   BH   CF   DD
AB   AK   BI   CG   DE
AC   BA   BJ   CH   DF
AD   BB   BK   CI   DG
AE   BC   CA   CJ   DH
AF   BD   CB   CK   DI
AG   BE   CC   DA   DJ
AH   BF   CD   DB   DK
AI   BG   CE   DC   EA

I bet prefix  'AJ' will be popular with one member!

It would have been before Robster but I ended up with too much money sitting around that can be used for other things so mainly into the coins now :winkextra:

Unless your talking about ya self and because ya love me so much you'll keep one for ya self as a reminder  :mocking:
