Mine sleep pattern these days seems to be spread thru 24 hours which is fine in the warmer months but hell during the cold weather.!:dodgy:

I have been taking steroids a fair bit since this problem (i.e. major) at the dentist
and it's weird when I am taking them
I can't really figure out if I am actually sleeping - I seem to be in bed snoozing but my brain doesn't seem to have switched off

almost a distorted reality

can't quite explain it

so no I don't wanna :aggressive: :laugh2: but I here you all as I have and still go through all these things

up all hours, can't sleep and when I do it's strange to say the least and then on the odd occasion because I go so long I crash and burn for a day, very hard to explain what happens and waking up in cold sweats is no good.

Another door sanded ,restained and first coat of varnish applied.Looks like the original maker
was keen on quarter cut timber

What is quarter cut timber?

Quartercut means that it's cut on the angle that brings out the best features of the grain such as these two
examples.Usually the best furniture has quartercut timber because it takes a bit more effort

All done.The finish is a bit blotchy but it's not easy to even out the old stain underneath unless you sand it
to death and I didn't want to stuff about with it too much.I think it looks better than it was before so I'm happy
