Didn't AJ find one of these a while back?
Aim well to enjoy life. You only get One shot at it.

AJ has found quite a few bubbles on various 50c and 20c pieces over the years but I don't recall one on a 2015. I think Nancy may have found one in the reeds near the kangaroo but that was on a 2014 and was closer to the kangaroo's back if I remember correctly.

I'm sure AJ will tell me if he's found one on a 2015 and it's my memory that has gone down the toilet ;)

dawn got me a 1994 rabbit ears today from the shops
take care because we care ..

Good work Kel, I'm glad Dawn has bought you some noodling luck! :good:

Pedro, that's an interesting one, in the second photo it looks to be raised, which would discount PMD. We'll have to find a twin for it! :good:

That thought had crossed my mind too Uni but trying to dig out my frosted 2015s (that are spread far and wide) will take a little while. :-/

:ok: Nice work with the rabbit ears Kel - they are always fun to catch.

That's correct, but you have a better memory of it than me. I had to check.

I also have a bubble in the reeds sort of behind the emu on a 2012 coin.

I've found bubbles on the 2010 20c, 2012 50c and the 2014 50c. :)

Pedro

The 2014 50c had a few bubbles:

1. In the reeds to the right of the emu's neck

2. Between the emu's legs and on the top left hand corner of the shield. I think there may be a variety where the bubble between the emu's legs is present but the shield one is not. Just can't track down an example of the latter at present.

3. In the reeds to the left of the kangaroo's rump (Nancy's) - this one seems to be very scarce.

Pedro

Assuming my records are correct I do seem to have a couple of examples where the emu leg bubble exists but the shield bubble does not.

I think that's the one that I found. I saw a picture of it on this forum, and once I knew what to look for, I managed to find two of my own examples - one from noodling and one from change. I think the one from change was an extremely lucky find, because these coins are very scarce.

I just noodled a $200 bag of 50¢ and found a 1986. Well worn so must have been in the pond for a while.
Also noted a 2017 that looks like it may have spent most of its short life buried in a compost heap!
On the other hand;
•a 2000 millennium that looks as if it could have just been cracked out of a roll. I keep looking at it and thinking "you should be an incused". :)
•2 x 1993
•a rather decent ram's head
•4 x CoF
•6 x 2016 changeover
•and a few other keepers.

The unpredictability is part of the fun of noodling.

That's a great result for a $200 bag Jeff! :good:

Armaguard is being very good to me this week.
Another $200 bag of 50¢ and another 1985 plus seven Centenary of Federation.
