The hat trick will have to wait until next week. Only one bank in town and they don't have any 50¢ left that I haven't already sieved.
I have a large batch of $1 coins for the weekend so I might make a start on the trifecta instead;
•2000 $1/10¢ mule
•1966 wavy 2 20¢
•2010 upset 50¢
Fat chance of that!

One can only hope.

I once got two x Mules and one rotated 2010 50c piece within a few days.

About as much as winning the lotto.

Wifey goes to the pokies over the weekend and comes home with a 2001 COF rotated/upset coin that I have measured at 276 degrees.   Very nice.

You obviously have her well trained Goldie. She deserves a reward.

It's still going but rather slow as I have not been noodling much since late 2016.

To do the minute clockface I need a total of 72 coins which includes the half hour position of the minute hand.

To date I have 38 of the required coins and every coin that comes through our hands, I have a look at especially the 2001 COF coins.

I have set up a special DANSCO Supreme albums with all the degrees required visible through the holes in the pages.   Easy to put them in and c=keep control of.

If and when I ever to get to complete the product, it is going to be one large clear, lazer cut sheet of Perspex to hold the coins and put up on display as per the smaller hourly clockface that we both have.

You're doing well, Goldie. I only have 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 8 o'clock, and another family member has 9 o'clock, which means we still have a long way to go to beat your record. :good:

Pedro

Haven't seen this degree of doubling on the reverse of a 2013 $1 before.

Nice find by your wife Goldie!
I have not found a rotated $1 for a long time now - I think they are mostly gone from the pond.
