Hey Pedro, with the between the ears one below does your coin also have a pair of chin and flavour saver cuds and also a very very small dot cud in the gap behind and half way down the emu's neck?

(I've posted a copy of your pic as the attachment seems to have gone missing).

More 2013 50c flaws - multitude of various cuds on these coins.

Just to be fair here's one in the reeds near the emu:

Cud/crack near kangaroo's paw

Cuds on vertical star point

Cud on kangaroo's ear

Uni, I'll have to take your question on notice as I have no idea where the coin is at present! :scratch_one-s_head:

There is nothing in my noodling spreadsheet for that coin indicating a dot there but if it is small I may well have missed it!

Will search it out.

Pedro

Struck it lucky Uni finding that particular noodle bag!

Yep, there is a dot per picture below.

Excellent Pedro, thanks for checking that for me.

I was sorting my 2013s today and had yet to find anything with what I thought might be the cud between the ears etc, then on the final two coins found it on both of them (along with the facial cuds and tiny emu dot).

Excellent Gnome! Love it.

gnome

Thank you. :) Pretty chuffed with that lookalike 50 cent piece.

Mister T

In $48 of 20c pieces I found five 1966 and one 1967 that were around EF.

That's good. Those early year ones are usually really showing their age now. And not a big sample to get them. Some more stash cashing in?
Pictures?

Try using the forums Gallery feature.
It is easy to use and embedding an image in a post is a breeze :ok:

Strange!
Did my first noodling for some time tonight and I found 2 coloured $2 coins - I think that was pretty lucky!
The strange part was in 1 roll of $1 coins,  there were 4 (yes 4!) 2003 'S' mint mark Korean War NCLT coins all in perfect condition.
Finding NCLT every now and then happens,  but 4 in the one roll of exactly the same coin (including mintmark) seems very strange.

JeffH

That may be strange but rather a good find.

Nice work Oz! :ok:

Great work Oz!!

I wonder what the odds of finding a roll like that would be!!!! (Might be time for a lottery ticket).

After I found the first one I was pretty surprised.
When there were three more,  I was puzzled.
I think the odds would have to be incredibly small.
I also think they must have all come from the same place, but even then:
Who would have 4  (or more) of just these to put into circulation, and would there only have been 4 going through the hopper of the rolling machine for all 4 to end up together in one roll- or were there even more going into other rolls?
Very strange. ...
