It is not really a diffuser,  It is a small Tupperware measuring jug I stole from the cupboard and cut a hole in the bottom of it :angel:
The Missus never uses it anyway ( By the Gods I hope not) and I thought I would give it a go.

it seems a bit thick. I find even a milk carton gets rid of to much light sometimes
