Quote from: 'serial' pid='71388' dateline='1430048167'I think 58 is a bit harsh, I looked at a few others to come to 61, that is usually in line with an ngc 62
maybe someone was having a bad day

I agree with that ... i thought MS61 was in order. .. but now I have to live with what I have ...

Quote from: 'robbiegal' pid='71455' dateline='1430130719'is aussie GEM close to MS66?

Personally I rate GEM as MS65 tho some particularly nice MS64s would also qualify for it too.

I managed to pick the grade as well after studying quite a few
1971 20 cent coins over the last year

Result is in at MS64  PCGS #32177018  Used trueview on this
but hasn't been uploaded yet and I'd say the mark on the flag
held it back a bit but still a great result

go MS65 or 66
