Hahah, I guess it shows how much I use Ebay these days, sneaky sods have move the 'contact seller' to a different position.

Had a chat with ebay. They are aware of the zoom issue and it has been reported by a number of people. It's with their tech team as a high priority apparently.

Looks like the eBay message system works and the recipient can see a full sized image by clicking on the image icon in the message. At least that works for me in my sent messages list.
I will see what Nancy reports.

I logged in from a UK eBay account and the zoom function works perfectly. Logging in to our account from eBay.com (main USA site) and it all works too. So must be an eBay Australia problem.

Message came through OK, small image icon that blows up well when clicked on. Stays in focus, so more than one way to skin a cat.  :whistle2:

Typical for Aust to be bottom of the totem pole. I bet USA got theirs fixed first. ( :scratch_one-s_head: I think I remember someone on CCF mentioning that Ebay images were broken, but not positive about that.)

Thanks Nevol for helping me test my theory.
I have added a note to my listings for people wanting to obtain the full size pictures.

I had not noticed that "Ask a question" has been removed from listings and "Contact seller" is elsewhere on the page. Thet's eBay for you -make a change for no apparent reason just to confuse people who are used to what you already had.

Glad to see it I can still use it.

edit: just saw someone had added an extra image to their listings that just said high resolution images can be viewed on US ebay.

We are still getting reports from other members experiencing the same issue. There is no update yet from the Technical Team but we are already marking this as an urgent matter so that they will prioritise this issue.

Yeah looks like it - not long after it reappeared for some listings but it looks like it's fully back now.
