Today I noodled...

[Basil]

From $20 of 10c pieces I got a 2017 American quarter (George Rogers Clark).

Not much hope these days with the $1 machines but back in the 1970's you would often find a Quarter in a payout from a 10c machine, esp. at the Tweed Heads & Byron Bay Golf Clubs, must have been the American visitors. No Pokies in Qld at that time.

The wife handed over a 2016 changeover $1, a 2017 $1 MOR and a 2017 $2 (elder) from her purse today.

The 2017 $1 MOR and $2 elder are now widespread  :winkextra:

Today out of 1,500 @1 coins, I found:

Rabbit Ears x 3, (2 x 1998, 2003)
1 x 2000 COF upset at an angle of 128 degrees.

[rollycoins]

Cool finds mate! But what's with the 2003 rabbit ears? Whereabouts was the cud?

[Goldseeker]

Sorry, should have read 2008.

And the COF should have read 2001.
