Not sure whats going on with the Rim

Could it be a combination of PMD and the left over craters from heavy verdigris contamination. :scratch_one-s_head:

Yeah,possibility,but under the microscope it looks like the metal has been melted somehow,its on the complete rim likes its been in a heated holder of some kind,perhaps acid or heat was used to treat Verdi.
