Just sifted a $100 bag of 20¢ coins for four quite decent Centenary of Federation. That's an excellent strike rate for 20¢ coins.
I have a $200 bag of 50¢ to look at now. Fingers crossed.

Well the noodling God must be in a benevolent mood. Only two Centenary of Federation in the $200 bag of 50¢ but several at aUNC (or better);
•1988 Tall Ships
•1998 Bass and Flinders
•1991 Ramshead -I do like finding them
•2005 WWII with foot cud.

And a 1985. That one would only be around F to vF.

Geez Jeff! Green with envy now ....... (no I'm pleased for you). Ram's head and 1985's are so hard! :good:

JeffH

When I find one of each in a bag that does make my day!

Excellent finds Jeff!

I have taken a break from noodling and will most probably start up again after my return from the Indian Ocean circumnavigation cruise in March 2020.

Until then, I am searching coins that pass through my hands and no bulk stuff at all.

Goldseeker is the noodling king but he is taking a sabbatical at the moment.
Now I will have to try and live up to this reputation.
This weekend I noodled $200 of 20¢ for...

The 2004 has a small upset and the 2008s are "wave gap" errors.
That's not a bad result.

Then I noodled $200 of 50¢ for...

and

The 2005 WWII has an error that I am sure Nevol will point out -very rare to get one of those in virtually uncirculated condition.
Now that is a very good noodling result

I think they might be from a cash in at the bank. Some of the $10 50¢ bags had multiples of the same year and one bag had a lone Coat of Arms and nineteen commemoratives.
Many are rather dirty so a soak is planned. Putting coins into a jar in the kitchen, subject to cooking fumes, will do that.
