Cruising on out of here.

Triggersmob · February 12, 2015, 10:27:56 AM

Just letting you all know, that my Wife and I will be on a cruise for the next 2 weeks.
I hope to be back in ACF on 28th Feb.
I will shut the gate on the way out. (Please don't lock it behind me)

We will be sailing around part of NZ and then back to Aus.
You can follow our travels on the Diamond Princess' bridgecam if you like.

See you in a couple of weeks and be good while I'm gone.

I know, but I try to avoid it and it's expensive.

I have ordered my NZ money from the post office, hoping to get a few different denominations, but all I got was $50 notes. So at least I've added that to my collection. Just have to work on all the rest now and coins of course. I see NZ is introducing new brighter notes this year.

Here's the note I added to my collection...

Don't worry Jim, camera is fully charged and ready to go.

Bon voyage.
Don't worry about the internet whilst cruising. It trends to be expensive and I have seen people browsing the web, eyes glued intently on the screen, completely ignoring the beautiful tropical islands cruising past outside. The whole point of the exercise is the experience and getting away from your everyday activities.
You won't be able to help but enjoy it.

Have a great cruise. I think I'll be coming down there again in a year (Jan or Feb) to visit you again....I'm working on it.

Nevol · February 13, 2015, 10:25:44 AM

Have a great time Steve and don't worry about the forum while you're away, we'll all still be here when you come home. Bon Voyage! :friends:
