It would be pretty close to that 180 degree me thinks.

I love the rotated $1. Nice find!! For what I hear the 180 degree rotation is a hard one to find

Goldseeker

Anything from 120 to 240 degree of upset are hard to find.

Meh. ALL of them are hard to find. My count is exactly ONE (plus one 1999), out of many tens of thousands of the little buggers.

Mister T

I got a 2001 Norfolk Island 50c and a 2001 Victoria 20c both within about half an hour of each other yesterday.

Goldseeker

Keep searching fulvio.   I have been selling many of my spare upsets on ebay.....and I am still finding the odd one or two.

In fact, I have found three Henry Parkes Centenary upsets in the past couple of weeks.

Your post states "plus one 1999".   Is that correct as I haven't heard of any Intl Year Of Older Persons upsets before?   If you are correct, I'd love to see a scan of it.

This is a list I have for Decimal Upsets.  I add to it every time I read about a coin that's not on it.

2005 MoR $1 (Supposed to be upset but I don't know that for a fact)
2002 $1 Outback @ 30°
2001 $1 COF Various degrees
1999 $1 IYOP @ 30°
1996 $1 Parkes @ 330°
{1985 $1 Approx 30°}
2010 50c @ 30°
2001 20¢ Various degrees
2000 20¢  @ 30°
1966 10¢ Various degrees - under 45° or over 315°.
1966 2¢ @ 330°

Any coin on the list in these brackets {} has been added since I first posted the list.

If anyone knows of any other Aussie Decimal upsets, please let us all know about them.

From memory, it had a big rim cud. I had it in my pocket when I met up with Ian Hartshorn at a coin show in Ferntree Gully a few years ago, so naturally I handed it to him. Imagine my surprise when he said "its also an upset", by about 20 degrees, IIRC!

Its in a 2x2, somewhere in my albums, probably with a bunch of other rim cuds. I'll see if I can hunt it down for you.

Interesting, first I have heard of them.   Now I need to find one or two for myself and one for a friend who is currently in Europe on holidays.

Many thanks for the scans.

Interesting list there Nevol.   However, I am only interested in $1, 50c and 20c upsets as I can get plenty of them from the bank in bulk to search through.

Thanks for the list and I shall add the above to my required list.

If anyone knows of any other Aussie Decimal upsets, please let us all know about them.
