eerrmm ... I think it is the 'rare' shed art variety
it is only found either in the suburbs or at times, in the nearby industrial fringe areas of suburbia
the coinage is often produced by gentile chaps who wear their work trousers far too low at the back
the implements used for the minting process usually consist of, humm . hammer, maybe some metal tin snips, a vice grip and of course a complementary FourX beer - it adds to the creative capabilities

they then give them to the local  kiddies who list them on ebay with creative stories like 'deceased estate' , sick wife/kiddies'', 'I know nothing about coins' and so on.  - it helps the children to get good grades both in their economics and English studies and it provides  funds for those little extras for dad '(like 4x beer)

all for a good cause you know
think of it as a 'fund raiser' but without the tax invoice

Ha ha

I placed the bid of $20.00 for you and it failed as the next bid is $20.50.   Outbid immediately.

Looking at the obverse it seems like it got stuck in the press and copped
quite a hammering before it was finally removed
