Quote from: 'Ozcoins' pid='16619' dateline='1369911659'I will also chime in that I think the 5c in the ebay listing in this thread is junk.

Clearly we have differing opinions, and since nobody here is likely to bid, that's all they'll remain. But does anyone actually believe a dealer with 2288 100% positive feedback and 13 pages of pretty decent offerings is likely to sully himself over a lousy twenty bucks? I think not, which means he believes it to be real, as do a number of other people.

Fulvio,no ones saying the seller is deliberately trying to deceive, they probably think it's real too.

None of the coins i have manufactured will ever appear for sale anywhere, they are produced purely as an educational tool, the main reason i started making them is my Mrs could not understand how they could have been produced by someone at home.

We've recently seen a 15 cent coin on ebay

  http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/COIN-15-CENT-COIN-AUSTRALIAN-ERROR-COIN-/251280878190?_uhb=1&pt=AU_Coins2&hash=item3a8181ea6e&nma=true&si=J6Uuw%252Ffnyd25Mih23RbdknJF0TM%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

pretty rough but a huge profit really.
Here is a 30 cent, have a look how good the strike is on this one.

I agree its worthless rubbish. From memory this seller has sold a few similar coins before.

Pass. I actually don't want to know. Just like I don't want to know how to print plastic assault rifles.

And yeah, the PMD that's been posted here has been very interesting.
