From now on, when it comes to him, I will believe nothing I hear and nothing I see, instead of nothing I hear and only half of what I see. :dodgy: as a 2/- watch.

Not to worry; many collectors would be happy with a low grade example of an incuse 50.

AJ,
Don't bid on my coins whatever you do. Just wish on the coin fairy to call sometime.

I have in the past given many of these circulated incused coins away as gifts or prizes in a quiz.
These are NOT an error coin , They are a Variation and that is why they are so interesting and collectable :good:
I would hazard to guess that I have bought 40-50 of these coins via eBay at 30 -50 bucks a pop to try and get a good example for my collection.
So far I have found 2x AU58 coins and "Hopefully" an MS example doing this.
These coins are interesting and there is nothing wrong with sharing the lower grade coins with fellow collectors/noodlers that are unable to get these.
I am pretty sure that I gave Sell a AU55-58 coin when he visited without a second thought.

Some surplus from my noodling "Mother Lode" this week.
1977 SILVER JUBILEE 50 CENTS x10
1984 $1 dollar BULK LOT

No need to check these Nancy; I have inspected them very closely. 2001 SIR DONALD BRADMAN 20 CENTS
I see you did get a "filled R" and the price was right! Did it smell of Jacaranda blossom? I love that scent when the trees are in full bloom.
