Anyone recommend a reputable clock repairer?

I have this circa 1930's German mantle clock that cost me about $200 a few years back. About 6 months ago I was winding it's chime when the chime spring snapped. They go off like a gunshot. Not sure how much extra damage that did, but I would like to get it repaired (at a reasonable cost) if possible.
I have had one quote at something like 6 times the price of the clock. Way too much to consider given the original cost to me.
Anyone know a horologist who isn't going to charge an arm and a leg?
