Wow, they must have a bit of stock for this to be going to three different places.

Perhaps not so much. Today's coin swap was a bit of a debacle.
They had three bundles because they clearly didn't want to be spending time selling specific denominations to collectors.
$80, $110 (the one I wanted) and $500. Supposedly a limit of one bundle per transaction. Want more, rejoin the queue.
Supposedly had 6 pallets of coins.
$500 bundle sold out in about 2 hours. The $80 coin bundle disappeared, to be replaced by a $100 bundle and by the time I got to the front of the line they weren't letting you buy the $110 bundle if you had bought one already. Got the $100 bundle to check what the difference was from the $80 bundle. Nothing. Both contained $100 worth of coins. Typical RAM stuff up but this time in favour of early purchasers. At least I got my bag of 2021 MoR dollars so three hours wait was worth it, especially for the free $20 back.
When someone asked if they would have more $500 bundles tomorrow the answer was "a small amount".
I don't know if they expected as many people but they seemed to go through their coin swap stock quickly.
I imagine they won't have as much as they thought for the regionals.

The extra $20 was the Police Remembrance $10 bag and 10 QANTAS anniversary dollars.

At least one bundle per transaction meant the speculators had to line up with their whole family and every hanger on they could find, (which they did).
Some limitation at least.

I considered going back on the Sunday but after three hours of queuing, (good practice for Japan), my back was pretty sore so I decided against it. Did anyone else from here go?
Or is anyone going to one of the regionals?

I waited for an hour and half and got the $80 and $110 bundles. Afterwards I saw someone querying the contents of the $80 bundle and very soon after the signs came down and they were repriced.
I wasn't initially sure what had happened but when I counted at home I saw that I made a $20 profit for the day.

The $110 bundle is the real winner with that bag of 2021 MoR dollars. With only 160,000 minted they can only go up in value.
The only year with less was that aberration in 1992 where they minted 8,000.
A quick look on eBag and they are selling for over $200 a bag now.

Of course the free $20 eases a bit of the backpain.

The RAM will probably update the figures in the next  annual report

I honestly don't think they minted any more because they minted 2022 MoR dollars after that.
They already updated the 2022 figures to 6.151 million.
I've never seen a single 2021 MoR dollar in circulation. If they minted 2021 dollars for collectors swaps and weren't able to because of Rona restrictions, they would have had 8000 bags.
Apart from Fishing, I don't of anyone who saw any in circulation. He was lucky to get a bag for the post office or something like that.
By October we should know for sure.

The RAM are doing MAP counterstamp $1 Out of this World coins at the coin swap venues in Queensland.
Also added 2 more towns

I would have preferred one of those. Got a couple of the B mintmark ones. I wasn't falling for buying all 5 or 6 with different wrappers.

I see a few of the speculators have some 20 coin 2021 MoRs bags up on eBag starting at $199.

Until they got around to these coin swaps there were virtually none to be had, hence the $500 a bag. If the mint has only 8,000 bags they are still going to be hard to come by. I think if you couldn't get them at a coin swap, $10 a coin is probably pretty reasonable.
Just watching a bag end on eBag now.
$236.50 plus $10.60 postage.
One went 30 minutes earlier, only one bid for $224.99 and $10 postage. Cheapest I've seen.
