How do I change my email address?

I have gone through the steps of changing my email address as I have lost access to the current one.

I have tried to change it twice now and both times I have not recieved the email that has the link to click to change it. If it is sent to my old address then I can't change it using this method.

How do I change it?

Yes, I have followed the instructions as described however I never receive the email that is sent after I enter my new email address and current password.

I think that it may be because I'm trying to change it to a gmail email address and I read something about not allowing gmail email addresses. Or the change email address process may have an issue.

Whatever it is, I can't change it using the documented process :-(

Hmm. This is probably going to be an issue for me also when I tell them to stick their third party email account they expect me to pay for. I'll be watching this with interest.
