Have been trying to find images of any denomination predecimal die cap errors, I know of 1 atm, a sixpence. Are there any others out there. Have seen a few decimal examples. Thanks :)

Hi gnome61,  I don't claim to know anything about die cap errors but found this on our Hosts site.

As we age we lose three things, one is our memory and arrrrr I've forgotten the other two!

Hi Gnome,
Not a pre decimal coin but a medal, a great example of both 'coins' involved in a Brockage.
I put these in an article  in the June 2022 issue of CAB, page 68.
Shown is both punch and anvil coins with cupping, spreading and splitting.
I have never seen a similar pair in any other coin/medal/token striking.

Fred.
