NRMA 100 yrs

[interest]

Have just sent off an email to the Mint as to why there are no NRMA coins for this their 100th year,

We have had just from memory,

Qantas 100yrs
AC/DC 45 yrs
Moon landing 50 yrs
Bananas in pajamas 25yrs
National Service 50yrs
Anzac series 100yrs

To name but a few.

There are bound to be people here that are members of the NRMA as there are over 2 million of us.
It could have been a pertinent, series one that we could relate to, I've been a member since 1969

I'll see what the Ram have to say.

Mmmm............. Maybe cos the NRMA is State specific. If they did it, they'd sort of be obliged to do something similar for the other states that have a comparable service.

So what might we have?

NRMA 2020
RACQ 2005 (oops too late)
RACV 2003 (oops Too late)
SA ?
WA ?
NT ?
Tas ?

Somehow I think probably not.
