I just picked up a copy of this booklet from the local bank. Worth a read I say.
It can be downloaded or a copy ordered at https://www.accc.gov.au/publications/the-little-black-book-of-scams. The price is right -FREE.

If it's free from a bank, then it has to be a scam.........!

Good one. Except they didn't actually try to shake me down for anything -maybe that comes later when they view the security camera footage!
