New Members & User Activation

As a result of the forum upgrade for a few days the new member registration wasn't working. That's fixed now and we realised moderators weren't able to activate new users. That has also been fixed now. If there is anything else either moderator related or not that you have found since the upgrade that you cannot do then it may be that Mark has to install a plugin for that feature. Please let him know or post here.
