Came across this one today while I was looking at coins on Ebay in the U.S.A. What are other members opinions who have far more knowledge than me about this coin?

As Stevo said, it looks to have been cleaned. Doesn't look to have wear on the obverse, with a few hits in the fields of the reverse, but no wear IMO.
As we age we lose three things, one is our memory and arrrrr I've forgotten the other two!
