I hope so anyway because it will be bloody embarrassing if my recipient has to pay the extra postage because of my stuff up, Or worse they send it back so I have to do it all over again and it gets there too late for Christmas .
What's the "Go" with sending something in a pre paid bag that is a bit overweight ?

A little bit overweight is ok so I've been told but dont make a habit of it

QuoteI doubt it would get picked up. I had about 2kg turn up one day in a 500g bag with no consequences for me. Don't know about the seller. Perhaps some of it is just luck. I wouldn't worry.

You are most probably right, Anyway 99.99% of the time these pre paid packages are well under the weight limits So the odd overweight one wouldn't matter that much anyway hopefully.
I should find out either way in about a week anyway:angel:
If this was something that I had sold on eBay I would most likely have just issued the buyer a refund because of my stuff up But as this is a gift my hands are tied and I just have to hope that the package arrives without any dramas.

Will leave the Santa one until Christmas.

Good Lord! I mailed a padded envelope in the U S to my Secret Santa in Australia.....$13.75 U S / $18.25 Aussie. If I mailed it to a U S address, it would have cost around $2.30 U S. WOW!

robbiegal
