A friend of mine recently picked this out of a coin dealers book at a local coin show (for a steal I might add!) and he and I are both interested in peoples opinions of grades
I am thinking 62-63 and I might note I offered to pay him twice what he did for the coin but he didn't take my offer, that's how cheap he got it imho. so keep hunting guys they are out there!!

Looks like it might hit MS64 to me

Agree with Stevo. Looks like MS64 to me. Great coin.

Yes a very nice coin indeed serial and your mate did really well. I'd stick with your grade and then be happily surprised if it goes higher. Better to be like that than it coming back lower than expected :winkextra:

I would go with MS60 ... I hope I am wrong... would love to know how this goes at PCGS.

PCGS will like the tone.
My guess is 63

Thanks Serial for posting this one, the coin was graded by PCGS as MS64, will provide a photo when PCGS upload them. Rather chuffed!

Nice coin mate and you did really well and would have to be happy with that grade :good:
I prefer to grade a little harder and then get a higher grade then grade high and be disappointed that it didn't come back as high as I thought.

It's hard to tell how PCGS will grade our toned coins as some come back with good grades and others they don't like the toning .

Nice coin and a great result, Well done :good:
Also an extremely fast turnaround considering the delays being experienced lately with PCGS submissions :yahoo:
