Just received my 4 sets that I ordered and 1 is damaged.

Have sent photos to RAM and have to wait and see what happens. They can't replace it as they were made to order.

Are the coins OK Jen ??
If so I have no problem sending you one of my sets ( when they eventually get here) that isn't damaged to replace yours if you like.
As I will definitely be pulling at least one of these apart to add to my albums the packaging isn't that important :)

I received a notification from the RAM today advising of a delay in shipping my order. Curious as I don't actually have an order in at the moment?

I got one of those too and have no order outstanding at present either. Think the RAM are just sending the advice out generally since they seem to be a little snowed under with orders.

It's easier to just send them out to all their customers, whether or not they have waiting orders.  Some of their grammar left a bit to be desired.
