2006 UNC 50c Queens 80th Birthday PNC RARE & SCARCE

If my mind serves me correct, this very PNC was discussed in a now defunct forum as being a HOME MADE and was not recognised as an official PNC from AustPost.

It hasn't got a mention in Greg McDonalds Pocket catalogue either.

This paragraph on the reverse says it all.

The insert in this PNC encasing the 50c coin was designed and produced by Picsart (Uk)  It is not an Australia Post product.  The Cover, stamp and postmark on the PNC are all products of Australia Post.

Therefore the item is not a genuine PNC but a mutilated FDC.

The insert referred to is the circular plastic case that contains the coin.  Like it says, The insert in this PNC encasing the 50c coin.

I have one of these PNCs    number 1994/2000  actually.

The insert is double sided:

One side is a picture of the Queen with a number of waving Australian flags and the number 80

The other side has a picture of the Queen sitting at a desk  and a variety of information on the nominal specifications of the coin  and above it the coin and the words "Celebrating Her 80th Birthday Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II"

What a con, a home made altered AP FDC with a 50c in it surely $400 asking price is joke
