It's only a matter of time before the AFP or similar get involved with people like this, I know in the past they have pressed charges against some foreign note doctors (i.e. buying low grade rare notes and cleaning/pressing them to improve their value 10 fold). For mine what this guy is doing (selling fake coins or supposed 'proof' coins as genuine for large $$$$$) is no different to signing cricket bats and saying don bradman signed them, it's basically defrauding people. I can understand if a person sells a coin or two by accident which has been cleaned/buffed and in fact I guess it is their right to be able to clean/polish coins if they want but claiming certain coins are genuine (i.e. the 1930 penny) becomes a big problem when people start bidding on it because the seller has a large/good overall feedback rating.
