Doesn't fit my collecting interests (exclusively British) Goose. I'm just advising the family on what to do with Dad's collection. I'll probably take it to Sydney on my next visit in April and maybe put it into a Noble auction.

There is a batch of 112 florins waiting for me at home from the same seller that I bought last week.
I will be home for the day Monday as it is the anniversary of the car smash that claimed the life of one of my workmates and disfigured my left arm ,we are having a memorial for Epellie.
I will be able to have a quick look at the coins before I have to head back to Boddington to finish the job there.
it should give me a good idea as to what to expect with the next batch :good:
I am hoping that the 15 brilliant uncirculated 50c coins live up to their description as my best that I have so far is a MS65 example and finding these at MS64 and better is extremely "tough" in my experience.

My Boss flew myself and the other survivors up to Geraldton in the middle of a job on the anniversary of the accident, He also attended.
We travelled to the crash site and did some maintenance on the roadside memorial and laid some flowers.
I then met with some of Epellie (Pip) family at the gravesite later that day for the first time, I was laid up in hospital when he was buried.
They seem to be coping, Time is a great healer.
It was a sad and sobering day and it brought back some nasty memories But I am glad I went .
