I don't have to go back to work until 2/1/14 so I'll be hanging around :ok:

I'll also be here on & off all day.  I usually have very quiet Xmas & New Year & that suits me just fine.

I've already had my Christmas holidays; two weeks driving my mum up to Cairns and back. Since I don't have kids or any other reason to need to take the school holidays off, I try to travel at "non-holiday" times. The roads and the tourist traps are less crowded.

I'm not going anywhere.  I prefer quiet at Christmas also.

I'll be around as well.,
Christmas day off to two places first in the morning for a breakfast, at 09.00hrs then off to lunch somewhere else at 13.00hrs.
I reckon home by 19.00hrs.
Big day!

Christmas Eve to a daughter's house for dinner. Christmas morn to another daughter's house for a few gifts and breakfast. Around 3 PM, to a son's house for Christmas dinner and gifts with about 27 other family members. Absent will be 18 other family members scattered throughout the U S who couldn't make it without traveling 500 miles (830 km) to 1040 miles (1735 km) to be present. But 3-1/2 weeks after Christmas, all will be here for a special occasion.

I won't be going anywhere except to my son's for a short while to see the grandchildren open their presents.
And, of course, I will pop in here to see what's happening.
