Life is always good if you maintain a positive outlook and have the support of family and friends :yahoo:
Most of us have been "Kicked in the Guts" at some stages in our lives and have suffered depression from this.
Without any shadow of a doubt Depression is a Killer, So we all need to maintain a positive outlook with the support of family and good Mates.
One of my favourite sayings is "Aim to Enjoy life. You only get one shot at it" and I DO follow that path.

I agree with you Mate Life IS good, especially when it is shared with blokes like you and the other great and caring people on this site.
This is not only the best Australian coin forum, IMHO it is the best Australian coin collecting FAMILY :wavemulticolor:

The amount of Care, Trust and friendship developed from this site in its short lifespan is bloody amazing and I am SO proud to be one of its members.
SO YES mate LIFE is GOOD :dance2::dance: :)
Aim well to enjoy life. You only get One shot at it.

Well, some of us have just been kicked in the guts, by family no less... Life was good, health was on the improve, things were on the mend after years of hell, and overnight its all been tipped on its head. :(

Anybody good some recommendations for someplace cheap to live? And I mean *really* cheap! Like those $15,000 outback blocks around Bourke, with a tent or a caravan maybe... ...and a mobile money bin of course... ;)

Failing that, it may be time to stick a spigot in the old bin, and drain off some yummy treasures to fund something with. :(

have a look around the smaller country towns and try and score an older farm house to rent.

if you are handy and can do your own repairs you can normally pick these up for a "Peppercorn " rent :good:
Most of the older farms were about 4000 acres and had a couple of houses on them back in the 70's , Now they are all bunched together in farms of 20,000 to 30, 000 acres and these houses are going to waste and ruin.

Also there is the advantage for the farmer of having someone about the place to make it more secure anyway :ok:

My place is rented from a farmer at $10 a week as long as I do the maintenance on the place ALL is good.
Nothing like paying your rent yearly without any pain :dance2:
I have lived in the bush for most of my life and love it where I am, I wouldn't live in the city for quids :ok:

That's a awesome idea! How would one go about finding such an arrangement? I can't imagine agents being involved...?

That's easy Fulvio ..... Mark's already included it in the "Finds" page .... simply draw a line from Unicorn's find, through Jeff's find then extend as far as possible! At the mystery location, you should find a number of dead ground lice, some peppered butts and a smokin' .243. Plus rent at around $10 p/w.

Life's been good to me so far .......

if you move that green line down to where RG is in the ACT, well that's about where our defence line starts unless they've changed it ;) But your lucky if you can find anywhere around here with rent under $100 a week unless ya wanna live with rats as it's been a long time now the rents went thru the roof, gee ya'd be lucky to get an unpowered carvan site for that around here..if ya want me my new address will be via the grafton bridge but then the coppers move you on so then where to, I'm so lucky I have a mum that cares other wise that's were I'd be :(
