Limited Edition Black Caviar PNC

Just got off the phone to Austpost Philatellic after ordering the Black Caviar Limited Edition PNC.

I started dialling at 12pm, got a message "we are experiencing difficulties" and the line went dead.   This happened for the next six attempts.

On the seventh attempt I got through and was subsequently put on hold.   The time was 1202pm.

Spoke to an operator at 1236pm and got the PNC ordered.   Patience sometimes pays off.

I asked if I could put my daughter in law on the phone to order another and was told "No, one order per phone call".

I am happy chappy now.

Will post scans of the PNC if and when received.

I received the PNC this day.   I am certainly impressed with the packaging and the PNC itself.   The two coins are superb.

For those that missed it, I think you have missed a real good goldmine......!

I like the standard PNC design but these are very very nice. It does really look like you have picked a winner there Goldseeker!

Yes, it does look good with a maximum issue of only 100.   The price tag was $250.00 but I think it will be up there with the Limited Edition issues that were sold at the World Stamp Expo Limited Edition PNC sold over 6 days at 1250 per day with differing cancellations and then the World Coin Expo held at Etihad Stadium recently where on a limited edition of 300 PNC's were available to the public.

Only time will tell if they are really worth what we were asked to pay for them as I haven't seen any on EBay as yet to judge the demand.

Regardless, that would the first I have seen on EBay.   Nice profit as well........as the PNC cost $250.00, limited to 1 per person.
