Thanks. :winkextra: I really only posted it so that people could see what & where to look for a 5c Die Clash as they're not that common.

It's barely visible even with a 10x Loupe, and none of the extra metal was visible at all until I put it under the USB.

I actually had to redo all the 5c images from scratch, as try as I might, the gallery simply would not let me post it.

I am sorry on e and all but I still can't get my head around a die clash.

The one above to me appears to be some cuds on the queens nose and that all I see.

This afternoon I filled my tank as I have a long trip tomorrow with a car trailer behind. Cost $44 and I tendered a $50 note.
Received three $2 coins change;
•2018 Commonwealth Games,
•2019 100 Years of Repatriation
•2019 Wallabies.

I know the chap at the servo and he knows I collect coins. He had them at the bottom of the till tray in case I came in. So good timing!
He has done similar before but usually only one coin.

Of course if it had been a different time and someones else's shift they might have gone out randomly. :(

Bruce, I'm not 100% certain but I think you may be able to view the Clashed Coin pics that I've posted on CCF without being a member.  This is the link to them.

Note that I have no Die Clashed $1 or $2 Coins

Some friends called in the other night for pre-Christmas drinks.
One friend used to buy the proof sets every year but stopped a few years ago because they didn't really give him pleasure any more and are not a good investment. As he said "I might as well wait a year and buy a set on eBay and probably get it cheaper." Now he just checks his change for anything interesting.
He brought eighteen 2000 Millennium 50¢ for me to have a look at in the hope he might eventually score an incused. As I spread them on the desk he asked if I could show him an incused so he can be sure of exactly what he is looking for. "No worry" was my response, plucking one from his lot; "this is one of them".
He now has a flip with and Incused Millennium in one side and a rather decent normal one in the other side.
Another drink all round was warranted we decided.

Another friend volunteered he has a wavy two so we had to check out mine, my $1 mule and an assortment of upsets and errors. Plus my crowns, 1923 florin and Melbourne florin.
The other friend has a large number of Commonwealth of Australia notes that his parents put aside from the till in a shop they had. He has promised to bring them around some time for me to check out. Looking forward to that.

*That is the correct collective noun for a multiplicity of wives.

I thought the correct term was a scold of wives (that or a harem)

That's why you should check your change. Sometimes you do strike it lucky.

Rats, should have posted my US quarter and 2020 20 cent piece here instead of where I did.

My wife is going well; a 2019, coloured "ONE HUNDRED YEAR OF REPATRIATION" $2. Good aUNC condition.
That's the second one she has received recently -and two 2018 "ARMISTICE" $2 also just recently.
