Obverse 4.
The I's in FIDEI align with fat denticles.
Plain reverse date alignment as well.

hummm
I reckon they are a tad out  - perhaps we need a clearer photo of the denticles?

first pic attached is echidnas'and the second pic (right & brown) is my 4 (well, it better be - I paid enough or it!!ha ha)

Robster

LOL. I have spent hours waiting for mine to shift over just a "fraction".

You could be right.
When in doubt,
Count the Denticles (Slowly)
146 = Obv 4
149 = Obv 5

and .....

pop your specs on possum

cause that pic is a touch too blurry for me to count them without going cross eyed!!

we'll get Echidna to do it ..... he's go the coin in hand

Quote from: 'Goldseeker' pid='17456' dateline='1370657044'4 or 5?   Please explain?

the upstroke of the I's in FIDEI point to a denticle on the obverse 4
the centre of the 'I' should point to the centre of the denticle

similar to the Indian and London dies with the OMN upstroke direction

I must admit I've sat a few to the side at times hoping they would look different later!
