I have learnt that a bulk upload can be done to the TACF Gallery and naturally that's waaaay better than anything TinyPic can do, but remember that
Quotefrom Mark "The Gallery is restricted by absolute dimensions of the image AND the image size. The maximum dimension for either height or width of the image is 1280px and the maximum image size is 1024KB"
, anything larger than this and the Image will not load.

Before I do these Instructions, it's important that all the Images you wish to upload are in the same location on your PC,  with no other images amongst them.

Step by Step Instructions for a bulk upload:
1.   Go to your Gallery
2.   Choose 'Upload File'
3.   Select the Album you wish the images to be uploaded to
4.   Click on the "Browse' button
5.   Locate the images on your PC
6.   Click on the first image, hold down the Shift Key and Click on the last image, release the shift key
7.   All images should now be selected
8.   Go to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Open'
9.   No need to do any more, just sit back and wait, all the files will upload like magic.

This is easy peasy stuff....  If I can do it, anybody can do it.

If you need piccies of each step, I can do this as a pictorial, just ask for it.  It'll take me a little while though.

Works well; I have been doing that already. Didn't think that people might not know to select multiple files.

If you want to skip some files the press "Ctrl" key (instead of "Shift") and click on the images you want -only those images will be selected and uploaded.

The same selection procedures work for selecting files for many other things as well eg. copying or moving files.
Thinking is dangerous, it makes you think. That\'s why many people avoid it.

Is it possible to move pics between albums? My current uploads are in one album and it's all a bit of a mess. I want to create individual albums for certain themes and transfer the already uploaded pics into them. Can anyone please help with this?

Thanks in advance

I would like to know this as well. I've had a couple looks to see if files can be moved, but haven't been able to figure it out. :scratch_one-s_head:

Select the album that file is in.
Select Edit File/s

Alter the New Album where you wish to relocate file too
from the Drop Down List.

Apply changes.

Thanks for that, much appreciated. Frustrating how something so daunting can be so simple when pointed in the right direction. Especially us nuts n bolts people.  :)

One thing I don't understand is why the gallery requires Flash for multiple uploads. Doesn't anyone realise that Flash Player is now deprecated, and has been entirely replaced by HTML5? It's only a matter of time now until Flash will be blocked on all the latest web browsers. Is anyone planning to upgrade the gallery so you can use all the features without Flash?

Have to talk to Mark about that, I reckon. Pretty sure he's at the footy atm though. :)
