How To" instructions for the new Gallery.  I thought if I put it here initially,  the mods might be able to do a 'dry run' to see if it all makes sense, and that it's all accurate.

These are the 3 Navigation ‘Tool Bars” to use, I will refer to them as TB1, TB2, and TB3

Click on Create / order my albums from TB3
1.You should be able to see “My Gallery
2.To create an album, click on the "New Album" button  in the bottom line
3.Click on the text input field to the right of that button then type in the album name you want to use
4.Click "OK" to submit your changes to the database. failure to do so will result in the loss of all the changes you just made.
(repeat steps 2 through 4 to add additional albums)
You can always return to this panel to edit and change album names, sort them within their parent category.

Uploading Pictures

Click on Upload file from TB1
Select the Album you wish to upload to
Click on the little Magnifying glass to find the location in your PC
Select the picture/s you want to upload, (double click for just one picture), (if there are multiples to go into the same album, hold Ctrl while you select them all) then click open, all pictures will be transferred.

Making an Album Private or Public,

Go to Modify my Albums Bottom TB3
Choose Album â€" Select from the drop down menu.
(The next couple lines are self explanatory, Album Title, and Description),
To Set the permissions you want to apply

(These are the 5 choices you’ll have for Album can be viewed by)
Everybody (Public Album)
Me Only
Members of the ‘Super Moderators’ Group
Members of the “Registered” Group (ie Members)
Members of the ‘500 Club’ Group

Complete the remainder of the settings for the rest of the lines.
When all settings are completed, click (Green tick) Update Album

(**NB, this is where you can change the Name of your Album if required).

You’ll need to do this for each Album you have created.

**If you have specified a password in the field "Album password", the dropdown list "Album can be viewed by" will default to "Me only". That is expected behaviour and is perfectly fine if you want password-protection enabled. In other words: if you specify an album password, you can not restrict access further.
