That is a Pelican. A Lawyer can do stuff for himself free. Pelicans can also have a boat or 4WD, because everywhere they go there is always a big bill in front of them !

Hi,

There are rules about false advertizing, and you would be amazed at what they can do. With Burgers, they can cut the back open so it looks bigger. Spray it with water to make the salad look better. You can also say something is the Best even if it is only equal to all the others. Always check the wording though. If you want a good Burger, you have to go to a local take-away. They don't put lines on their " grilled " chicken patties. One large US based chain got caught doing this.

A lawyer cannot do stuff for himself for free (other than his own time). Courts charge all kinds of fees (often several thousand dollars per lodgement) and can impose hefty costs (you lose and you pay the other parties legal costs such as their barrister and their QC).
Perth Mint as a corporation probably has several legal firms on retainer. Unless you can get a Bud Tingwell (The Castle, love that movie) to do your case Pro Bono to prove a legal point then you may as well spit into the wind.
