CWOS Coins worthy of slabbing

These are before and after pics of the progress of a coin I've had sitting on the window sill for a few months in an attempt to engineer a more even tone. 

I think it may have suffered PVC damage, and displays a different tone ring through the entire legend. 

Interested in opinions of its chances of ever being acceptable to the third party graders, PCGS etc.

What date is it by the way ?

Thanks echidna. This is the reverse. Probably doesn't generate huge interest, but it's a common width date with the upright 9, much scarcer than the narrow or wide dates IMO.
