Trout-That m ight be only way to get the SAFL Coin without "Sydney Swans" endorsed on the coin.   I might have to get another PNC just to remove the coin.

If this is the case then the RAM have not done a good jopb on this issue.

Their website has changed several times and because of this, my previous comments on this topic seems to be "whacko" but they were made from info that was first up on the website.

To clarify:   The ram announced that an AFL coin would be produced without the words "Sydney Swans" in a card.   The same coin would be in a PNC.   Another coin endorsed with the words "Sydney Swans" was to be released via the Sydney Swans footy club only.   Also the three coin set in walnut (?) case and a pnc would be issued.

This has been, for me, a nightmare as I have chased all over the place seeking the coin in the folder.   I was enven informed by the RAM thast the AFL coin withour the words Sydney Swans on it was sold outm by early December.

What a lot of cods wollop.   Come on RAM get your act together otherwise I might reconsider continuing with my collecting coins.

The mintage for the PNC version was supposed to be 15000 so I would imagine between the dealers and the footy fans they probably have been sold out at RAM.

It is a pretty ordinary coin and mine is resting in its 2x2 in my dollar album.

I picked up 2 of the PNC's today.

I think I might dismantle one to SAFlip it and keep the other in the PNC. Any suggestions or ideas :)

As long as you take off the outer pvc cover and throw it far far away then the coin is safe as it is if you want to keep it like that.
