All my other proc gold coins are either very small or minted on real skinny metal.
This one is a nice big coin with some heft to it :good:

Just found this one on feebay and now wondering if I should get mine graded that I posted on page 19. And again it's slightly different to both mine and Marks but out of my price rang.

And should I get this one graded and how does it cost to get them graded

Here's a smaller image if it helps.

That coin would cost nearly $100 to put in a slab at PCGS.  It would be quite a bit cheaper at NGC and there's some who think that world coins like that do better in NGC plastic anyway.  Oh and I wouldn't pay what that seller wants for that coin.

Thanks Mark, appreciate your answer mate. So why do they say that about NGC do they use a different type of plastic? and do you know why, is it because it's thinner than PCGS, very interesting that you say that as I've never heard it mentioned before but then there's a lot I haven't heard before.

I'd have to have a good think about this because $100 is a bit to have it graded even though it would be nice and protects the coin and no I would pay that for the feebay pagoda either, way out of my price rang.

Sorry no idea about who uses what.  I suspect if you treat a slab properly either company's holder would protect your coin perfectly well.
