It's a stock story that gets revived every few years similar to "dole bludgers" on ACA.My Niece is a Journo. and she did a couple of stories on Pre-Dec. coin collecting for a Sydney paper in the 1990's,in those days the Coin dealer had to pay for his Shop details to be included in the 'story'.The way things are going there won't be any dealers left for future advertorials.

I get dealer love those stories when they have a focus on decimal coins, can you imagine  the number of people bringing in their commemorative coins or granny bait and asking to be paid a fortune after a story on mules that "could be in your change and worth a fortune!"

Because other people with emptier souls think their life is made better living their lives vicariously through these people's exploits.  It's all very sad and I hate to think how much of our economy is based on the crass exploitation of people who should know better.
