Have been sending coins to NGC now for 6 or so years - no problems with postage or Customs

Forms filled out correctly and posted and coins returned 

All of a sudden, I get a phone call from the post office with the last lot sent that Customs had rejected the parcel.   They are now saying that coins cannot be sent overseas

Anyone else had this problem
