NO COA's Mate just nicely designed cards with them shitty little 2 piece plastic holders in them Dash1
IMHO they spent more time on the designs than Quality control, Most of the coins I received are pretty crappy for a NCLT issue.
There may be 3 or 4 that may make MS68-69 but the majority of them look like MS64-65 to me
a couple even look like MS61 Dash1

You got to get the proofs if you want perfect ones but they are only in silver. Bet they put them out as proofs next year.
